Our Vision
Integrate newly trained School Resource Officers (SROs) into school environments to foster positive relationships, mentor students, and ensure school safety by mitigating potential threats. They will learn the laws and rules specific to school environments and understand their roles.
The "Basic and Beyond" course
This 3 day course uses classroom and scenario based learning to allow officers and school administrators a more complete experience.

They must be adept at de-escalating conflicts, understanding adolescent behavior, and collaborating with school administrators to create a safe and supportive learning environment.

Our curriculum is designed to take an officer without any SRO experience and prepare them to enter the school doors on day one; confident in the steps they need to take to be successful in their new assignment. Including providing an initial checklist to get started and extend to other topics listed above.
